order worksheet and returning
it by fax or email.
While not required, we recommend an annual support subscription at 20% of your total purchase.
Volume discounting is available at the following purchase breakpoints:
- If your total is over $600, then apply a 20% discount. At our online shop, use coupon 20-off.
- If your total is over $1,250, then apply a 33% discount. At our online shop, use coupon 33-off.
- If your total is over $2,500, then apply a 50% discount. At our online shop, use coupon 50-off

Important Note:
After purchasing a license for HyperPDF, click on:
Start>Programs>PINEBUSH Technologies>HyperPDF 5.0>Permanent License Request Wizard
This will provide us the details to generate the license. If you purchased multiple
licenses, each user computer will need to complete this wizard. Shortly,
you will receive a license file by email. This
is your key to permanently unlock the evaluation
copy. After you receive the license email,
please save the license file, then click on:
Start>Programs>PINEBUSH Technologies>HyperPDF 5.0>License Installation Wizard
to install your new licenses.
